Refund policy

Customers may request a return within 15 days of delivery.
Return Conditions:
- Product must be unused
- No scratches, marks, or damage
- Original packaging included
- All accessories returned
Products with scratches or signs of use will NOT be accepted.

Refunds:
Approved refunds processed within 5–10 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless product is defective.

Exchanges:
Allowed only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items reported within 48 hours.

Return Shipping:
Customer responsible unless item is defective.
Order Cancellation:
Allowed within 12–24 hours if not yet shipped.
